Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("user" or "member") and 99play2 ("platform", "we", or "company"). Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the 99play2 platform. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all related accounts being frozen or terminated, along with delayed fund returns.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate and complete information. This information includes:

• Full name as stated on your identity card or MyKad.
• A valid date of birth for age verification purposes.
• An active email address that can be contacted.
• A mobile phone number that is registered in your name.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Any activity that occurs through your account is considered your own action, unless you have promptly reported loss of account control to the 99play2 support team.

Deposits and Withdrawals

99play2 accepts a variety of payment methods for the convenience of members in Malaysia. All financial transactions are processed through secure and encrypted channels.

Accepted payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

• Minimum deposit amount: RM10 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM100 per withdrawal transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: Between 15 minutes and 2 hours, depending on the method chosen and any internal checks required.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless there is a technical reason that prevents this. 99play2 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal to ensure the safety of members' funds.

Any withdrawal attempt involving funds obtained through fraud, money laundering, or breach of bonus terms will be rejected, and the account in question will be investigated.

Bonus and Promotions Policy

99play2 offers various types of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus funds or winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received.

Approved calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Account balance RM300 → Wagering requirement: RM200 × 10 = RM2,000

The general terms for all 99play2 bonuses are as follows:

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per member.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically stated in the promotional terms.
• 99play2 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer without prior notice in the event of misuse or fraud.
• Accounts registered with false information are not eligible to claim any bonus.

The 99play2 VIP Programme offers weekly cashback to active members across five membership tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.7%), Platinum (up to 1.0%) and Diamond (up to 1.2%). Progression to a higher tier depends on the user's level of activity and loyalty on the platform.

User Conduct and Prohibitions

99play2 users are required to interact with the platform honestly and responsibly at all times. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Using automation software, bots, or scripts to influence game outcomes or exploit the platform's systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in certain games.
• Making deposits using a payment method that does not belong to you or that has not been authorised by the legitimate owner of that method.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

In the event of a conflict between the Bahasa Melayu version and any other translation, the Bahasa Melayu version is final and takes precedence over all other versions.
